Canada: Free on orders $200+ CAD
Worldwide*: Free on orders $250+ USD

Please note: Complimentary shipping does not include shipping insurance. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please consider adding shipping insurance upon checkout. 

 

Processing Times:

Orders are generally processed and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday, unless a customer has selected an expedited shipping service.

  • Holiday Schedule: If Tuesday or Thursday falls on a U.S. holiday, orders will be shipped on Wednesday or Friday instead.
  • Total Delivery Time: Please include these processing days when estimating your total delivery window.
  • Shipping Estimates: For more detailed information on transit times, please refer to the carrier-specific estimates provided during checkout.

United States:


Free shipping on orders over $150 within the U.S., 1-5 business days. Please note delivery time is suggested by the couriers. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries. For faster delivery, please see our shipping rates offered upon checkout. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

 

Canada:


Free Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping to Canada on orders of $200 CAD or more.

  • Shipping Rates: For orders under $200 CAD, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • Delivery Times: Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers. For the fastest service, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout.
  • Disclaimer: We are not responsible for carrier delays or late deliveries once the package has been dispatched.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. To help you prepare, we recommend reviewing these resources from the Canadian government:

International:



Free Shipping:

We offer a flat-rate shipping option with tracking for select international orders of $250+ USD.

  • Carrier: Shipped via UPS or DHL E-Commerce 

  • Delivery Window: 7–18 business days. 

    • Note: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please add this processing time to your estimated delivery window.
  • DHL eCommerce Service (Asia & Select Regions):

    We generally utilize this service for deliveries to Asia. Please note that this service typically takes 15 business days or longer.

    Transit Process: Packages are routed through their central hub before departing for the destination country. Once the package clears customs in the destination country, tracking transitions to your local postal courier for final delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delayed shipping or lost packages once they have been handed to the carrier. To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend adding Package Protection at checkout.

Shipping Rates:

For orders under $250, please choose your preferred shipping service at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the carrier's live estimates. We are not responsible to delayed shipping, damaged or lost packages. If your shipping service does not include insurance, please consider adding Package Protection at checkout.

 

International Premium (High-Cost Regions):



Shipping Rates:
Due to limited carrier availability and regional surcharges, certain countries are categorized under our "Premium" shipping zone.

Carrier: We currently only ship via UPS to these regions.

Free Shipping: We are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping to these specific countries at this time. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on current carrier costs.

 

Customs, Taxes, and Duties:



International customers are responsible for all customs duties, local taxes (VAT), and handling fees levied by the shipping carrier. These charges are mandated by your local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost paid to Kaan Bags.

Because these fees vary significantly by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.

Lost/Stolen/Damagerd Packages:

 

If you have not purchased shipping insurance upon checkout, we are unable to cover lost or stolen packages should they occur. Please keep in mind when choosing mailing services. Please see "Route Package Protection" section below. 


For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages.
