Refunds

We are glad to refund merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kaanbags.com and mention your order #. Once your item has been received by us, we will issue a refund. Please note, as a small business we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


U.S. Orders:
We will provide the return shipping label for U.S. orders only. The return shipping cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders:
For all international orders, customers are responsible for arranging the return. Please email us and we will provide the return address. We suggest shipping with tracking to confirm delivery as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs or duties and fees paid to Customs.

All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unused. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. All sale items are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged nor receive any price adjustments.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, after 30 days of receiving your order we can not accept claims for product damage or defects. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@kaanbags.com with your order #We will provide the return shipping label for U.S. orders only. The return shipping cost (usually around $8-10) will be deducted from the store credit you will receive for your original item. This store credit will not expire and can be used to place a new order on kaanbags.com.
